Can I receive the confirmation email again?
Check if the email may have ended up in your spam-box. If this is not the case, then contact the organizer. Perhaps your email address was not entered correctly. They can resend the confirmation email.
How can I change my data?
Go to your personal dashboard and select the ticket for which you want to adjust the data. Whether it is still possible to change your information depends on the settings of the event. Often, a few weeks before the event, the organizer will close the dashboard to finalize registration lists, start numbers, and orders of products, etc.
How do I access my dashboard?
The confirmation email you received after registration contains a link to your personal dashboard. If you can't find or no longer have the confirmation email, you can also access your dashboard by clicking on 'Manage my registration' at the bottom of the event registration form.
I'm not receiving the login code. What now?
Check if the email may have ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, contact the organizer. Perhaps your email address has not been entered correctly. They can correct your email address so that you can still log in.
Can I still purchase upgrades afterwards?
As long as it is allowed by the organizer, you can still purchase upgrades through your dashboard. Go to your dashboard and find the ticket for which you want to purchase upgrades. Then click on 'Add-ons' and order the products.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It is not necessary to print your ticket. If the tickets are scanned by the organizer on location, it is sufficient to bring the ticket digitally on your phone or tablet.
Why can't I download my ticket?
It is up to the event organizer to decide whether and when the tickets can be downloaded. Some organizers do nothing with the tickets in practice, printing lists or sending you your race number. Other organizers make the tickets available only shortly beforehand to prevent them from being resold via unsafe platforms.
If you want to know whether and when the tickets can be downloaded, please contact the organizer.
Why can't I resell my ticket?
The organizer of the event determines whether a ticket may be resold.
In addition, free tickets cannot be resold in any case.
If you did not buy your ticket directly from the organizer, for example because a friend, family member or colleague bought it for you, then the buyer of the ticket may still be able to put it up for sale if this is permitted by the organizer.
I am unable to attend and want to cancel, is that possible?
Of course, it can always happen that, for whatever reason, you are unable to take part in the event you have registered for. If the organizer allows it, you may be able to transfer or resell your ticket to someone else via your dashboard. Contact the organizer to process your cancellation.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
As long as allowed by the organizer, you can transfer your ticket to someone else through your dashboard. Go to your dashboard and find the ticket you want to transfer. Go to the details and click 'Transfer Ticket'. Share the link with the person you want to transfer the ticket to or enter the details of the new attendee yourself.
I bought the wrong ticket, can I still exchange it?
As long as it is allowed by the organizer, you can exchange your ticket for another one through your dashboard. Go to your dashboard and find the ticket you want to exchange. Go to the details and press 'Exchange Ticket'. You will receive a discount code worth your original purchase that you can use when purchasing a new ticket. Your previously purchased ticket will become invalid.
Can I get my money back?
Whether you can get your money back depends on the terms and conditions of the event you have signed up for. Consult the website of the event you are participating in and request a refund from the organizer if possible.
Can I still create a fundraising page?
If you did not create a Supporta action page directly during your registration, you can still do this later via your dashboard if the organizer allows this. Go to your dashboard, select your ticket and click on 'Edit registration'. Then, click on 'Action page' at the bottom and create an action page. You will now receive an email from Supporta about your action page.
How can I get in touch with the organizer
The contact details of an organizer are not always fully known to us. Sometimes an organizer requires participants to contact them through a contact form. Therefore, please check the organizer's website for contact details.
How can I remove my ticket from resale?
This can be done by going back to the same place in your dashboard where you put your ticket up for sale. In that place, you can also remove your ticket from resale.
If someone else has bought your ticket and put it up for resale, that person will also need to remove your ticket from resale.
How do I change my credit card number?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund to a different credit card number than the one you used to purchase your ticket.
When a credit card has expired, the amount is processed automatically by the card-issuing bank:
If you now have a new credit card with the same bank, the amount is usually transferred automatically to the new card.
Do you not have a new credit card? In that case, the credit card company ensures that the amount reaches you in another way, for example via a bank transfer to the linked bank account. This process can sometimes take a little longer.
The amount will always eventually reach you as the cardholder, even if the original card has expired. The exact processing time and method may vary by bank.
If you have questions about the event or a payment, it is best to contact the organizer directly.
