Unsubscribing from the waiting list
It is now possible to remove yourself from the waiting list.
Sports categories and trending events in calendar
On the Atleta homepage, sports categories and trending events are now displayed. You can now sort the calendar by 'popular'. Set an event photo in your event branding so that it gets displayed in the calendar.
Various updates
You can now automatically collect opt-ins from everyone who places an order through email permissions (soft opt-in)
You can now link Mailchimp to email permissions to automatically forward opt-ins
You can now link multiple Mailchimp accounts to your Atleta account
When claiming a ticket, you can now also give email opt-ins
Exporting to Mailchimp via the registration overview is no longer supported.
Set resale rate
You can optionally set a resale fee per ticket. Tickets will then always be resold for that fee, even if they were purchased at a different rate. Additionally, as a participant, you will not be able to change the amount for which you offer your ticket. This way, you can enforce that tickets purchased with a membership discount are resold at the regular rate, so that people without a member number can also buy them.
Status update in the queue
The queue is automatically activated when it is busy. Starting ticket sales at a fixed time? Then you can pre-set the queue by entering the same start time for all ticket prices. Visitors will first enter a waiting room before the start time. Once ticket sales begin, everyone is randomly assigned a place in the queue and gradually let through to the checkout. Make sure there are no other tickets available in the checkout before the set start time. If there are, the waiting room will not be active and users will be let through earlier.
Status message
The status message is displayed to users in the queue. This way, you can keep them informed, for example, about the status of ticket sales.
Set invoice text
A billing text can now be set for tickets and products (e.g. to explain a VAT exemption).
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Organisers can now further secure their account with 2FA. When you enable two-step verification, your account will be linked to an authentication app. From that moment on, you log in with the email code and a 6-digit code from the app. This makes your account more secure and ensures that you can only log in with the authenticator app.
Waiting list
It is now possible to activate a waiting list for sold-out tickets. If the resale of tickets is also enabled, people on the waiting list will automatically receive a notification when a ticket becomes available. Participants who qualify for a ticket on the waiting list have 12 hours to purchase the ticket.
Reselling group tickets
It is now possible to resell group tickets (such as duo tickets). Organizers can enable this by selecting the relevant tickets in the resales settings.
Various updates
You can now set an event photo for events
Teams can be exported.
Payment instructions on transfer invoices have been further clarified.
You can now check permissions for apps.
Organisers are being logged out slightly less often.
Own rates for transaction costs
From now on, we will apply our own rates for transaction costs (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). This applies by default to new customers, while existing customers can switch themselves. Our rate for iDEAL is €0.20 per payment, and for other payment methods, it is the same as Mollie's. View here for all rates.
