  5. The User will provide the details requested by Atleta for each service and/or product offered, such as the price, stock, date and time at which a service is offered, any special details and other information that can be entered per Event.

Article 5. Agreement with End Users

Atleta acts exclusively as a technical e-commerce platform that enables Users to conclude agreements with End Users via a created Event. Atleta will never be a party to any agreement between the User and the End User.

  2. If an End User purchases a service or product, the payment by the End User to the User is processed by Atleta or an external provider of payment systems; a so-called Service Payment Provider. The User is responsible for contracting a Service Payment Provider and paying any fees that this Service Payment Provider charges the User. The User must enter the account details obtained from the Service Payment Provider in the Account so that the payments made by an End User can be paid to the User after deduction of the fee(s) as referred to in Article 7 of these general terms and conditions.

  3. The User determines the prices of the products and/or services. The User must state the prices inclusive of VAT and is responsible for the payment of taxes, etc. If the User wishes to charge service costs to the End User, the User must create those service costs as a separate product and/or service in the relevant Event.

    b)
    I. Atleta will pass on the platform fee to the End User. The amount paid by the End User for the purchase of products and/or services via an Event of the User is increased by the platform fee.

  4. Atleta reserves the right to change the fee due at any time, but only after a notification has been sent to the User announcing the change.

  5. If an End User, for whatever reason, claims a refund of the amount paid by the End User from the User, the fee remains due to Atleta.

  6. Atleta will never be obliged to refund a fee to the User or the End User, unless Atleta has failed to perform the obligations resting on it and can therefore be held to refund the fee on the grounds of breach of contract.

  7. In the event that Atleta collects an incorrect fee for any reason, this does not release the User from the payment obligations set out in this article. Atleta will offset an incorrectly charged fee against the next fee due to Atleta.

  7. As soon as a buying End User has paid the amount chosen by the selling End User for the purchase of products and/or services via an Event of the User, increased by the percentage of 5%, the old ticket will be deactivated and the buying End User will receive a new ticket for the products and/or services via an Event of the User.โ€จโ€จ

  8. The selling End User receives a refund of 95% of the chosen amount for the purchase of products and/or services via an Event of the User after the buying End User has paid the amount chosen by the selling End User for the purchase of products and/or services via an Event of the User, increased by the percentage of 5%.

  9. Atleta reserves the right to change the percentage referred to in this article at any time, but only after a notification has been sent announcing the change.

  10. In the event that Atleta collects an incorrect percentage as referred to in this article for any reason, this does not release the buying End User from the payment obligations set out in this article.
