Recently, we have added several options to further customize your event page and better inform participants. For instance, you can set photos and highlights, describe your event in more detail, and add practical information and details about what is included.

We are now adding a new option to this: participants can share their experience via a review after an event. This gives future participants a better idea of your event and provides you with extra insight into what participants appreciated.

A review consists of a rating of 1 to 5 stars, up to 3 favourite aspects (such as the organisation, route, and environment), and an optional explanation. Only participants who have actually taken part in your event can post a review via the participant dashboard. Reviews are visible on the event page.

Invite participants to post a review
Would you like to actively invite participants to share their experience? Via the settings of your organisation, you can enable automatic review requests. Participants will then receive an email 3 days after the event requesting them to leave a review.

As an organizer, you decide whether to make use of the new options. Reviews are available by default for all events. If you would prefer not to collect reviews for your event, you can disable reviews via the settings of your organisation.
